The drama reveals the discernment of living situation of a very deprived ancestors in Pakistan and the poverty and obscurity they have to face every day to make their breathing. The living in
poverty is never simple for Khushi as Pagli and her whole family ,her father Akbar Ali sells newspapers ,but that selling newspapers dose not meet the need of the family . Khushi ‘s mother Zuleikha works as a maid in a rich family .Ther her mother always gets insulted by the rich family members.Khushi and her sister bano wash car mirrors on the road signal and Khushi ‘s brother Ummo goes in car workshop daily as a labour. In spite of work output by 5 family members ,sometimes they have nothing to eat. Parents live worried for Khushi marriage.This is the true picture of exploitation of poor people in the hands of elite class.
